še neki moram vprašat: sem vidla, da je še par zaprtih marel... bi jih dala v vodo, da se odprejo, pa jutri porabila, samo ne vem... bodo jutri dobre, če so bile nabrane včeraj ?  Embarrassed

aha, sej zdej vem... sem dobila kolegico na telefon... pa bom  kr napisala, mrde še komu prav pride... jutri bodo ok, ampak mnde jih ni fajn dajat v vodo, ker so potem ful prepojene, je boljše pustit v hladilniku, da se odprejo... če pa delaš omako iz njih, je pa boljše, da so zaprte, več okusa... ja, tko je rekla Smile

Pa če so zaprte jih lahko polniš, sam sn dans jedla te polnjene pa morn rečt da niso glih tuk dobre... :/ Aja, pa ni bil kruh(mati mi je narobe povedala) ampak gobice, česen, pa peteršilj. Za moj okus je blo preevč česna. :)
Bolje ispasti glup, nego iz avijona ^^

V posodo daš:
- olje
- poper v prahu
- čili v prahu
- papriko v prahu
- sol
- tabasco

V to "packarijico" namočiš svinjske kotlete. Kotlete daš na folijo. Na kotlet daš nekaj narezanega krompirja, paradižnik in čebulo. Vse skupaj preliješ z malo "packarijice". Folijo zaviješ. Da vse skupaj ne bi steklo slučajno ven, zaviješ še v eno folijo. Daš v pečico za 50 minut na 235 stopinj. Rezultat je OM NOM NOM mehko meso, da skoraj samo od kosti odstopi. Čebula je tako mehka, da se kar stopi v ustih. Mogoče bom naslednjič dal nekaj več krompirja.

sodelavka mi je dala recept za ajvar pa papričkin namaz... zdele še raste kej ... aja, drugač mam pa rada tudi mađarsko solato, lih dons ponoč sem požrla pol kozarca Wacko ma če ni blo kruha :D (rumena paprika pa zenf sta glavni sestavini)... pa to je tko za par kozarcev... mnde...

AJVAR 

SESTAVINE:

3 kg rdeče paprike
1 kg melancan (olupljenih)
3 čebule
1 glavico
česna
0,5 l kisa za vlaganje
sol
sladkor
olje

 

POSTOPEK:

Narežemo vso zelenjavo in jo prevremo v raztopini 0,5 litra kisa in 1 litra vode (cca 5 min). Odcedimo, zmeljemo v multipraktiku. Na 4 dl olja popražimo stroke česna, nato česen vzamemo ven in v olje stresemo zmleto maso. Ajvar pražimo 1,5 ure, neprestano mešamo, da se ne prismodi. Sol dodamo po okusu in malo sladkorja (2 žlici). Damo v kozarčke in zapremo in shranimo. Če želimo pekoč ajvar, dodaš zmleti masi 2 nasekljana pekoča feferona.

 

NAMAZ IZ PAPRIKE

SESTAVINE:

15 paprik
3 čebule
3 stroke
česna
5 rdečih paradižnikov
2,5 dl kisa za vlaganje
3 dl vode
2 jušni žlici sladkorja
1,5 jušne žlice soli
0,25 l gorčice
0,25 l olivnega olja (lahko je tudi navadno olje)

 

POSTOPEK:

Papriko in paradižnik očistimo semen in narežemo na kocke (1x1 cm), na kocke narežemo še čebulo. Česen nasekljamo bolj na drobno. Zavremo kis, vodo, sladkor in sol. Ko zavre, dodamo zelenjavo in kuhamo 10 - 15 minut. Nato precedimo in ohladimo. Olje in gorčico premešamo, da dobimo gladko maso, dodamo ohlajeni zelenjavi in vse skupaj dobro premešamo. Hladno polnimo v kozarce, pri tem pazimo, da ni vmes zračnih mehurčkov.

mene pa nekaj zanima... ena tetica je rekla, da zmeša 1 kg medu, limonin sok iz 1,5 kg limon in dve žlici naribanega hrena... in potem to papca pozimi, vsak dan eno žlico... a pa je ok, da to stoji (menda ne v hladilniku, čeprav ne vem zakaj ne, ker je prišlo precej redko in pa še to... ja, ker je redko, zdej un nariban hren plava po vrhu in sploh ni lepo razporejen po celotni masi) tuk časa ?? a ni, da kakor ni dobro, da limonin sok ne stoji ful dolgo ? kako pa je s hrenom ? al je to kr ok tako, ker je zmešano z medom ? no, če lih kdo kej ve Ermm ma sem to kr naredila danes (poleg 30 litrov grozdnega soka Star jupiiiiii !!!), pa bom vidla kako bo, bi me pa vseeno zanimalo kako je kej s tem, če dlje časa stoji...

naslednja misija: regratov sirup :)) no, ma je še daleč... bom rekla le... da trenutno nimam ničesar drugega omišljenega, nikoli pa ne vem kaj mi bo treščilo v glavo :)

ČILI KAKAV!


- kak dobr čili (sušen, svež.... tist v prahu ne bo dal istga efekta)
- mleko
- kakav v prahu
- med
- jedilna čokolada


čili date kr v kosu kuhat v mleko, da zavreje, precedite, dodate ostale sestavine v poljubni želji okusa/sladkosti...

kok pa kj naša prebavila na to reagirajo pa jutr

Hudo :)

Drgač pa šampinjoni s sirom ga sekajo.

Priprava je izjemno enostavna, čimvečje šampinjone se okol obrne in not nariba sir, pol se jih da pa za x minut v šporhet.

ni nek jaki recept to zdj, če pa mate 3 minute in koga na kavi, pa bi radi ponudl več ( :D ) , lahk nrdite ....

BANANIN KAPUČINOOOO

v mrzlo MLEKO naseckate BANANO in začnete mal pokuhavat pa umes peštat banano. dodate MED po želji, ko mleko zavreje, mešate, peštate, uno treče, poberete peno dol (lahk tut s paličnim mešalnikom zmixate) in date čez skuhano KAVO....

v teh dneh hodi naokoli vse polno voščil... tale recept mi je bil kar simpatičen (govindas; to je vegi restavracija, zato je kuharske sorte :)))
 
 Vzemite 12 mesecev, prav skrbno jih očistite zagrenjenosti, strahu, laži in pohlepa. Vsak mesec razdelite na 30 ali 31 dni, tako da bo zaloga zadoščala natanko za eno leto. Potem pripravite vsak dan posebej - iz enega dela delo in iz dveh delov veselje. Dodajte tri zvrhane žlice optimizma, čajno žličko potrpežljivosti in zrnce razumevanja. Nato dodobra prelijte vso maso z ljubeznijo. Pripravljeno jed okrasite s šopkom majhnih pozornosti in jo vsak dan servirajte z nasmeškom.

Dons sm spekla mini tortico v obliki srčka.. Nismo je še probal..
Narjena je pa iz ostale mase za mafine. Ko je bil spečen sm ga prerezala na pol in namazala v sredini s stopljeno čokolado, dala skp, namazala s kremo in potresla z mrvicami. En srček je doma narjen iz marcipana, drug je pa kupljen, iz čokolade.

200 g sladkorja v prahu
5 rumenjakov
0,5l mleka
1/8 finega vinskega cveta ali konjaka

Sladkor v prahu meshaj v skledi z rumenjaki, da naraste. Prilivaj prav polagoma zavretega, a pohlajenega mleka ter dodaj vinskega cveta ali konjaka. Posodo pokrij. Ko pene izginejo, vlij konjak v steklenico, ki jo dobro zamashi.

domača varjanta mehiške hrane:

1.
piščančje fileje narežemo na mjhne koščke, začinmo mesek in ga prepražmo zravn čebule, damo mau česna

omakco nardimo iz kisle smetane, loh kej jogurta, sojina omaka, začimbe po želji, 4 topljeni trikotni sirčki, mau naribanga jošta..če je pregosto damo mau vode, če je preredko pa mau moke

tortilije nafilaš s piško, daš koruzo, papriko, omako, karkol ti pade na pamet še...pa za ene 5min u pečico

2.
nadev iz čebule, česna, mletga mesa, mau vinčka, gobice, koruza, paprika, paradižnikova mezga...zavoješ, daš u pekač, čez načo pa u pečko :)

Pečen riž za 2 osebi

200g Basmati riža
2 jajci
por
piščančje prsi
začimbe
kikoman

skuhaš riž
v voku spečeš na trakce narezana piščačja prsa, dodaš na kolobarje narezan por, začiniš kukr ti paše, ko je pečen daš v eno skledo na topl..
v voku spečeš razžvrklana jajca, daš not čikna +por in ohlajen riž.
dodaš mal soje, še mal popečeš in voila!

SLADEK PIRE S ČVAPI


1 do 2 sladka krompirja
2 skoledice namočene rjave leče (tut nenamočena je uporabna, ampak slabša)
korenček
svež peteršilj, curry, sol, oljčno olje
zdenka sir, 2, 3
zenf

masa za čevape

----------------------------------

v vodi kuhate lečo slabe pol ure, pol dodate na kocke narezan sladek krompir in korenček ter začimbe... vode nj ne bo preveč. recimo tok da sestavine ne gledajo vn iz lonca... ampak tut da na podnu ne plavajo :)

skuhate tok, da se da speštat (sladek krompir je kuhan ful hitrej ko normaln) , dodate žlico zenfa in kocke toplenga sira in pokuhate da rata pire (ko se ohladi se precej strdi, tak da previdno; je pa tut hladno ful dobr!)

postrežete s čevapi al bilokakim drugim piknik mesom ...

Uuuu, leča, zakon. Js sem jo tud spet odkrila pred kratkim, jo mam kot prilogo zravn česarkol al pa kr v solato npr.: bučka narezana na koščke in popečena skup s kuhano lečo, kis olje sol pa par začimb.

jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa !!!! fabo je direkt za oženit !!! :)))))))) sem lih prišla povedat: hvala fabo, da si me seznanil s čemaževim pestom lani ! ejjjj !!! veš kuk kozarčkov sem letos vložila Tongue jupiiiii !!! /fabo, to je definitivno kompliment, da se ne bomo narobe razumeli ! / zdej prihaja bezeg... regrat sem pa zamudla nekako... bom naslednje leto... pol pa une bezgove kuglce, to se moram malo podučit... aha...
 
aha, ti darja, si bolj za sladko kuharijo ?? sem bolj za slano (razen, ko življenje postane tako grenko, da si ga moram začinit s sladkorjem LOL lih včeraj sem fotru iz hladilnika pojedla kar je imel ... kinder bueno, ferero, rafaelo... mi je bilo žal, ker ni zanj nič ostalo, ma sem mu rekla `ma dej, če je vse v kurcu, kva čem` LOL)
 
upam, da me sodelavkin koruznik drugo leto popelje v očarljivi svet nabiranja divjih špargljev :))) ob šestih zjutraj od doma !! ta dam ta dam...
 
kakšen recept mogoče? ma nisem se nič novega naučila kuhat v tem letu dni al kolko :PPPP

res nora stvar, sploh v času svežih začimb in zelenjave, hitro prpravlena in multifunkcionalna ( za na kruh, pašto, rižoto...)


osnova:
-skuta
-malo mleka
-sol


pol pa pač daš zram fajn naseckane začimbe al pa zelenjavo k ti je ljuba in z vilco v skledi tenstaš da nastane homogena zmes :)


par idej:

ČEBULNI
-male vijolčne čebulce al pa bela čebula
-olivno olje
-poper


ČILIJEV
-sveži in suhi čiliji
-sladka rdeča paprika v prahu
-olivno olje

Z GORGONZOLO
-gorgonozola
-svež origano
-svetujem da mleko mal (mal!) pogreteje na mlačno

Z OREHI
-do belga oluščeni naseckani orehi
-curry
-namest soli lahk tut med
