Sludge/doom metalci COUGH prihajajo iz Richmonda, Virginie. Tokrat na evropski turneji predstavljajo svoj zadnji album Ritual Abuse (2010), masivno psihadelično doom poslastico. The albums five epic tracks are impenetrable walls of sludge; at points suffocating and claustrophobic, at others warped and hallucinogenic. ‘Ritual Abuse’ is an impressive monolith of sound and volume, and one of the finest moments yet of 21st century doom.

Člani slovenskih sludge crusterjev LEECH FEAST prihajajo iz vrst Melete, Growing Rats, What They Fear in Arcid Sunday. Za fene umazanega sludgea ala Iron Monkey, Eyehategod, Weedeater, Bongzilla etc.

Obmejske GRIME sestavljajo člani Robert of the square, Pianoearthquake in nekdanji bobnar od The Secret, žanrsko pa nanje vplivajo sludge doom zvoki bendov Sourvein, Buzzov'en in Grief.
